Some 17 years ago, after speaking on the topic of motivation and inspiration for two hours daily, two years straight before classes of adult students in company contracts, job-training programs for the Department of Employment Services, Lyndia realized that speaking was her niche.
Lyndia set out on her dream to work for world famous Les Brown, and has since become one of his protégés. To take her speaking career to a higher level, Lyndia worked under the tutelage of Mr. Brown as his personal assistant for more than two years. Lyndia is a Certified Toastmaster (CTM) Speaker.

Lyndia is a trainer, workshop facilitator, and keynote speaker. She is an experienced, gifted and talented speaker, having performed as a trainer for contractors like the U.S. Department of Commerce, Washington, DC; Defense Department, Ft. Belvoir, VA. & Staten Island, NY; U.S. Department of Labor, Washington, D.C; Office of the Lieutenant Governor, U.S. Virgin Islands Government, Commorant Beach Club, Christiansted, St. Croix, USVI; Social Security Administration, Baltimore, MD, and served as Training Coordinator at National Institutes of Health, Bethesda, MD (partial listing). Recently, she conducted a series of mandatory workshops for federal agencies on Customer Service, Effective Communications, where all support staff were required to attend, earning outstanding ratings.
